This is my favorite treat to eat for breakfast — a blueberry bran muffin, granola, strawberries and yogurt, and a cup of coffee — though this isn’t the norm. Rather, I usually have a cup of oatmeal with flax, whey protein and blueberries or a banana, served with a nice cup of coffee w/skim milk.
Mmmmm… I’m getting hungry.
